Armando is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelors degree in Exercise Science. Armando has a passion for fitness and helping people improve their quality of life through fitness. He enjoys teaching group classes just as much as individualized personal training for individuals with certain goals. His goal as a trainer is to help people improve their fitness, whether it be athletic performance or their general health.
